TOVE CECILIE FASTING

As a writer, I specialize in personal growth and spirituality. I was born in Norway in 1962 and hold a can. mag degree in anthropology, media and French linguistics from the University of Trondheim, my hometown. At the age of 21 I started writing for local papers, which lead to a career as a journalist for major Norwegian newspapers and magazines before - wanting a less stressful life - I moved to Greece in 1993. I've since written two books about Greece (read a free extract from Paradiso here) and built a small hotel and a restaurant, that I run together with my husband.

If I should choose a motto for life it would be "follow your heart!"

I'm passionate about living life to the full, about following dreams and longings, about creating happiness and joy in your everyday life.

All too many people settle for less instead of going for more! It's my sincere wish that YOU are not one of them!
