Neptune - The 12th House and Pisces, The End of Hope and Beginning of Truth
"A must in every astrologer's library" Neptune, The 12th House and Pisces, The End of Hope and Beginning of Truth by Maurice Fernandez is not the kind of astrology book that you open on page one, flash through in an evening or two and then put to rest on the book shelf. Quite opposite. I bought this book nine months ago and the paper back is already starting to get filthy in the edges – it’s been on my bedside table since it got into the house. I frequently read in it before going to sleep and I have been using it on an almost daily basis -using it being the term – because I find myself looking up aspects and constellation, and reading chapters again and again. In the preface Fernandez describes how when working on a minor paper on this planet the “pen took control over my thought process and would not stop filling the paper The material that ensued had a radical impact on me and changed my life forever…I uncovered answers that tormented me all life long – the most prominent being why so much suffering for the innocent?” I do believe most astrologers – whether you’re into astrology as a hobby or a profession – find Neptune and the 12th house hard to grasp - you can almost say it’s in the nature of this planet being hard to understand. This book is a very useful tool for the road to understanding this mysterious planet and the influence it has on us. But don’t expect to travel the road once and fast. You’ll read, dwell on what you read, reread – and read again…You’ll never finish with this book. And that’s why it's so great and a must in every astrologer's library.
