How to Be Happy

Of course, living Your Fabulous Life means that you choose happiness and decide to learn how to be happy. Happiness isn't something that comes sailing on a plate - or - like a Persian proverb says: Happiness can't be bought on the market.On a low day - we all have those - I sit down and write down ten things in my life that I'm grateful for and that will immediately boost my mood. Gratitude is a short cut to happiness. And, yes, there’s always something in your life that you can choose to be happy about!
A lesson in how to be happy includes learning to let go of old grudges and forgive. If someone has done you wrong it's your life, your happiness, that you destroy by thinking about revenge. The person who did you wrong is most likely fine and not thinking about you at all!
Happy people have learned how to be happy - and not to worry unnecessarily. Happy people also expect happiness and that positive stuff will happen to them. And the thing is - what you think is normally what you get! So learning how to be happy, how to choose happiness, is much likely to bring happy, good and great events into your life!

And meanwhile, just to put a smile on your face and make you happy right here, right now, I'll share this joke that my 12 year old son told me the other day. As a blond myself I fond it absolutely hilarious!
The Blond comes to the Casino, throws 50 000 on the table and says she wants to play. Ten men take the challenge and put the equal amount on the table.
"There's only one thing", the Blond says."When I play, I prefer to be nude. To you mind if I undress?"
Of course, none of the men object. The Blond undresses and they start playing. When it's the Blond's turn she throws the dices on the table, then screams in joy and start to jump up and down in happiness.
"I won, I won!" she shouts, grabs all the money and her clothes and disappears.
The men watch her leaving like paralyzed. Then finally one exclaims:
"Wow, that was amazing! Did any of you see what numbers she actually got on the dices?"
