Write a Gratitude Journal

Stella L'Eclaire tells you why you should write a gratitude journal:

Funny how many people who want to get happy or rich, but who doesn’t even bother to take one of the most powerful steps towards happiness and prosperity: Writing a gratitude journal. If you want more abundance in your life the first and most important thing you need to do is to show gratitude for what you already have.

So get yourself a notebook or two. I have one on my desk and one on my bedside table. I always start the day by writing down something I’m grateful for and it puts me in a good mood immediately! And finally, I write down a few things before I go to sleep, as it makes me calm down and have happy dreams.

You don’t need a journal, actually. A sheet of paper will do – this is not something you’ll want to keep. Or your can have a word document on your computer where you regularly write down something in your life that you love and is grateful for.

Another possibility is to keep combined gratitude/affirmations/visualization diary, where you write gratitude, affirmations, plus describe or glue in pictures of what you want to obtain in your life, like a treasure map.

Main thing is (and you’ll hear me repeat this over and over again!): Put it down on paper!

In addition, you can sing gratitude in the shower, while driving your car or when going for a walk – anytime, really! Just do it.
